However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines and procedures for requesting and processing refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

a. Courses: Refunds for online courses are considered within 7 days from the date of purchase. This is explicitly when a transfer of money has been made to us. To be eligible for a partial refund,  in the case that you’ve already began the course, you must provide evidence of genuine attempts to engage with the course content and demonstrate that the course did not meet your expectations. To be eligible for a full refund, the course must not have started. 

b. Products: Refunds for our digital products/online resources are not considered. These resources are carefully picked and highly valuable – our no-refunds policy is here to protect us from exploitative use of these resources. 

c. 1-1 tutoring:  Refunds for online 1-1 tutoring are outright not considered.

2. Non-Eligible Circumstances for Refunds

a. Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind or personal preference when the course has begun
  • Failure to contact the website for purchasing assistance.
  • Failure to provide accurate and complete information during the purchase process.
  • If the refund request is made after the specified refund period.

3. How to Request a Refund 

a. To initiate a refund request, please contact our email at contact5tutors@gmail.com or message our Instagram account.  In your refund request, include the following information:

  • Your full name and contact information.
  • Date of purchase. 
  • Reason for the refund request, along with supporting details.

4. Refund Process

a. Once your refund request is received, we will review your request and the provided evidence. The request will be approved if it meets the aforementioned criteria. 

b. If your request is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. We will act as fast as possible. Please be assured that once a request is approved, the refund will be processed. 

c. If your request is denied, we will provide you with an explanation for the decision.

5. Course Access

 In cases where a refund is issued for an online course, your access to the course content will be revoked.
